1. Information We Collect

Huebound does not require an account, login, or any personal registration to play.

• Gameplay data (level progress, streaks, settings) is stored only on your device using local storage. It is never sent to our servers, because we don't operate any — the App has no backend.
• Advertising data is collected by our advertising partner, Google AdMob, in order to show ads and, where you opt in, reward you for watching them. This may include your advertising identifier (e.g. Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), general device information, approximate location (derived from IP address), and ad interaction data. We do not receive or store this data ourselves — it is collected and processed directly by Google. See Section 3 below.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data, and the App does not include social features, chat, or user-generated content.

3. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

Huebound is supported by ads served through Google AdMob, which may use advertising identifiers and other technical data to show ads, including personalized ads where permitted, and to enable optional rewarded-video ads that grant in-game bonuses. AdMob may work with other ad networks and measurement partners as part of Google's advertising services.

Where required by your region (for example, the EU/EEA/UK under GDPR, or via Google's User Messaging Platform), the App will present a consent form before showing personalized ads, and you can choose non-personalized ads or withdraw consent through that form.

4. Children's Privacy

Huebound is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Because gameplay data lives only in your device's local storage, uninstalling the App deletes it. To stop advertising data collection by Google, you can reset or limit your device's advertising identifier in your device's system settings, or opt out of personalized ads via Google Ad Settings.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data (for example, under GDPR in the EU/UK, or CCPA/CPRA in California). Since we do not hold personal data ourselves, most such requests concerning advertising data should be directed to Google using the links in Section 3. For anything else, contact us below and we'll help however we can.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features or change ad providers. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
