Vproxy: Proxies for Telegram

1. Information We Collect

a) Technical & usage data (collected automatically):

• Device model and operating system version
• Application version
• Crash reports and diagnostic information
• Anonymous usage statistics (e.g., which screens are opened)

b) Identifiers:

• A device identifier is used to register your installation and to deliver the correct proxy list.
• Advertising identifiers (such as the iOS Advertising Identifier / IDFA) may be used by our advertising partner to show ads. On iOS we ask for your permission first (see Section 4).

c) Information you choose to provide (optional):

• If you send feedback or submit a proxy, you may optionally include an email address or Telegram ID so we can reply to you or process your submission. This is entirely optional — the App works fully without it.

2. Telegram Proxy Service

Vproxy provides access to Telegram proxy configurations. The App does not operate as a VPN and does not process or inspect the content of your Telegram messages. When you connect to a proxy through Telegram, your use of that proxy is subject to the policies of the respective proxy provider.

3. Advertising, Analytics & Notifications

We use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — to display advertisements
• Google Firebase Analytics — to understand app usage
• Google Firebase Crashlytics — to detect and fix crashes
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging & In-App Messaging — to send notifications and service messages

These services may collect and process information (including device and advertising identifiers) in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Tracking & Your Choices (App Tracking Transparency)

On iOS, before your advertising identifier is used for personalized advertising, the App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can decline and still use every feature of the App; you may still see ads, but they will be less personalized. You can change this choice anytime in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above (to operate ads, analytics, and notifications) and where required by applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary to operate the App and its features. Feedback and proxy submissions are retained as long as needed to provide and improve the service.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, or deletion of, information associated with your device or any optional details you provided, by contacting us at support@northbytelab.com.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Vproxy is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
